Medical systems man­u­fac­tur­er Becton Dickinson asked CONTENTI to position their Medical-Pharmaceutical Systems division, aligning its messages with the evolving phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal sector.

To prepare for the repo­si­tion­ing work, CONTENTI delivered an analysis of the com­pet­i­tive landscape, prepared and led a global posi­tion­ing workshop, provided an analysis of the workshop output, then delivered a new posi­tion­ing platform for the business, including key pillars and asso­ci­at­ed messages in the form of a ‘story generator’.

CHALLENGE

BD is taking the lead in creating inno­v­a­tive solutions that will allow phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal man­u­fac­tur­ers to adopt indus­tri­al automa­tion processes (Pharma 4.0). These solutions are intended to help drug man­u­fac­tur­ers to reduce risk and shorten time to market.
